Shipping

All orders are shipped by the next day, via UPS, once your transaction has been approved. Shipping charges are based on an order's total dollar amount before any tax, gift wrapping costs or discounts are applied.  Additional charges may apply to oversize or overweight items, and this will be noted in the product description detail.

Brasil BioDesigns is not responsible for replacing lost packages, if UPS can verify the package was delivered. We provide an e-mail with a tracking number once the package leaves our facility to ensure you are familiar with the approximate delivery date.

Shipping costs are determined by the total amount of your purchase and the shipping method you select. Standard Shipping arrives in 5 - 7 business days from date of purchase.*

Gift Wrapping

All bio-jewelry and small accessories are placed in gift pouches. If you would like gift-wrapping of any item, please contact us.

The easiest method of ordering is to purchase on our website. Simply click on the Buy Now button on the bottom right of any item and you will be redirected to the PayPal website to complete your order. See Secure Transactions below for details.

2. By E-mail

Send an e-mail to orders@brasilbiodesigns.com or through our Contact Us page. Please include the code number, color and the quantity of the item(s) you would like to purchase. If we have your item(s) in stock we will be happy to process your order by phone or through PayPal.

Special Orders

If you see an item that you want, but the color is not shown, just send us an e-mail with the code number, color and the quantity you would like to purchase. If we have it in stock we will be happy to process your order.

Payment Methods

1. Pay Pal (using the Buy Now button)

Clicking the Buy Now button under the desired item, will allow you to pay with any credit card or transfer funds to us, using your PayPal account with one of the follow methods:

E-mail Invoicing - the customer will get a customized invoice, which can be paid with one click to PayPal.

Funds Request - The customer will get an email with a link to pay the merchandise instantly through PayPal.

2. By Phone (using your credit card)

You can call us at 510.457.6072 and we will be happy to process your order over the phone.

return policy

If you are not happy with your product, for whatever reason, we will provide you with a full refund or an exchange for another item. But the customer is responsible for the extra postage cost. Items must be returned promptly within 14 days from the date of purchase and in unused condition.

All items sold through promotional campaigns are final and exempted from this return policy.  No returns of these items will be accepted.
